Mauricio leads the software design and development at Arrow. Prior to joining Arrow, Mauricio spent many years delivering technological consulting services for government and private sector organizations.

Mauricio has extensive experience implementing, managing and customizing large enterprise-level Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, in addition to many in-house enterprise business applications. Among his many technical skills, are Oracle database administration and development, Siebel Systems Industry Applications administration and development and Cisco Systems routing design.

Mauricio also has ongoing projects with leading professors from leading international universities, including MIT and Oxford University.

Born in and raised in Bolivia, Mauricio holds a degree in Systems Engineering, specializing in databases, operating systems and distributed computing. (His thesis, “Architecture for the execution of concurrent tasks in distributed shared memory systems” received a 100% score.)

He has undertaken graduate studies in Strategic Management and is currently studying for his MBA with the University of Santiago de Chile (USACH).

When not immersed in technology, he enjoys spending time with his newborn son and beautiful wife, Henssy.
